my grade is 62 because of all the muted luster and numerous tiny luster breaks..behind the head there is lots of small chatter, and a large luster break, look around the motto on the reverse, the luster has been muted or scuffed up..note the haloing effect. on top of that the entire cheek has little remaining luster and the eye brow has some big hits.

the coin strikes me as a lightly circulated piece that was dipped and retoned.

Love all the feedback and the guesses. PCGS actually called this AU-58! I never mind having under graded coins!!
