I have two of these type medals/tokens. 1963 JFK commemorative .900 gold 3.5 gram weight each from a digital scale in perfect condition. No fingerprints/ in air tites with no wear other than a couple marks on the Germans presidents head. Any Idea on value? Couldnt find much online.

One sold for $350 in 2005 http://nyeandcompany.com/auctions/3...man-811.html

The JFK Library has a set of three of the double profile medallion https://www.jfklibrary.org/Asset-Vi...63-1763.aspx

This is not an area I where I know what items are worth.

I have a feeling that most will say these are worth melt value plus a small premium to a collector searching for these.

I would have to agree with MV as above there was so very much stuff produced in honor of just about everything he he did. An educated guess would be current spot value for the weight with what premium somebody that wants them bad enough is willing to pay Every anniversary of his death etc. One of the tabloid coin companies comes out with a reissue of the 24K gold plated halves for way over price. Not to mention series of the halves with the decal pictures of him his family or the PT 109 on them. Like most of the mass market collector items from the assorted mints little to no increase in value.
