I suppose this is an Egyptian coptic medal commemorating the apparition of the Virgin Mary at the church in Zeitoun in April 1968.
On one side it depicts the Virgin Mary, on the other side the church of Zeitoun with the apparition of the Virgin.

The numerals at the bottom read 68 / 4 / 2, so that's definitely right.
