I think that this is a trial token by a token-making company. On one side it says 'Tokens 3/4" to 1 3/4"'. The other side has (I assume) the logo of the company -- does anybody recognize it?

Well, I just found the answer to this by coming across another of its logo. It was the Northern Mint, a company that made Encased Coins and so on and was based out of Iowa. There's very little information on it out there.
