This is a recent acquisition. I think it is Chinese, but not 100% sure. Probably not a bank note, but maybe a bond receipt or propaganda note? I am not really sure. It is 65mm x 142mm. As usual, any thoughts regarding attribution, age, rarity, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting looks like it has all Japanese, Chinese, and Korean writing on it. What could it be?

Exactly, hopefully someone who can read Japanese, Chinese or Korean can shed so light on it.

It reads Dangun 4283, which translates to the year 1906. It's a Korean "ticket".

From what I can gather, it's some sort of lottery ticket for disaster relieve fund raising. It's a 200 won value ticket.

First prize 1M
Second prize 200K
Third prize 100K
Forth prize 50K
Fifth prize 5K

This lottery ticket is from the 1950 not 1906. If this ticket was from 1906, that would mean the ticket would not say "Republic of Korea", it would say Joseon, and the amount from the lottery would be extremely retarded amounts of money. I speak Korean and can read the Hanja characters that they used during the time, so I can elaborate a little more on this. This ticket is translated as follows:

Disaster Relief
The Third Round

Welfare Lottery
Price: 200 Won
Ticket NO. D00075347

The script that is written top to bottom, read left to right is:

The Republic of Korea Public Affairs Office
"Conducted on 1 June of the 4283rd Dangun Yr (1950)"
"This welfare lottery will be conducted according to Law No. 45."

The back of the ticket breaks down when and how many tickets will be pulled for the lottery and lays out the different prize winnings from the pulls.

"1st Prize is 1,000,000 Won"
"2nd Prize is 200,000 Won"
"3rd Prize is 100,000 Won"
"4th Prize is 50,000 Won"
"5th Prize is 5,000 WOn"

As for its worth, I am not sure if its worth much considering there are at least 75,347 of them and its just a lotto ticket. I personally love this kind of stuff, but I am a bit crazy for Korean stuff, as I live here. :) Let me know if you want to get rid of it.
