Hello everyone. I have a 1969 D Lincoln Penny that looks to be a DDO as well as DDR. I would appreciate your input. Thank you.

Look at some other posts and note the difference in your pictures.

Thank you. The pics do give an appearance of a flattening on some if the pics but there is def knotching on them. My camera is not the greatest. The B in Liberty and the you in trust also have knotching hiwever these pics make it difficult to see. Whatever tge outcome this is what makes collecting such a great hobbie. You never know and if you didn't find a rare treasure there's always next time.

Coinchaser, to the forum BTW, on the obverse, hard to tell but if date AND mintmard show the same directional doubling, it is MD, 99.99% of the time.

Your pictures are improving drastically. I can't wait to see the next set. Instead of shooting 1/3 of the coin, shoot just the date with the mintmark.

Your advise is appreciated. Focusing on the date and mintmark gives a much clearer picture.

Sorry, but it's neither.
Errers and Varietys.

I'm not seeing anything good there. If it was a Doubled Die it would be alongside the devices and almost the same height. Find another and post it, we'll be glad to help. Better luck on the next one.
