I am an avid reader of CCF and I've never come across the word "flecking". I searched the glossary, but I'm at a loss. Please define the word. Thanks!

Could be 64RD?

I think to say that it's at least 65RD is a bit overzealous. The 2nd pic makes the color look off and the new reverse pic is extremely blurry. When the grading is in this range, we need to see all the features clearly.

Also, the $58 price written is ridiculous. You can buy a slabbed 64-65RD for $30-$40.
