Is The Date On This French 5-Cent Coin L'an 6 Or L'an 8 Or An 8 Over 6?

Could somebody with sharper eyes and brain please tell me. It is difficult to see which you have from the picture. It is doubtful it adds any premium to the value since overdates are fairly common during this period of French coins.
