For the Philly mint we need to see the reeding .
Far as I know that's the only difference between them

I see a damaged coin with some die chips worth 10 cents.
Without pics of the rims we can't tell if it's Philadelphia or Ottawa.
Your link to the other site provides no further useful information about your coin.
I'm perplexed, what is your point or question here?
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
