The photos are too washed out to see many details. But the reverse shows enough of the center bands to know it's at least AU-50.

I'm hoping the strange rim ding near the staff of the E in DIME is a photo problem too.

It could be fully mint state, but the photos just aren't detailed enough to be certain.
