It's on the reverse, But it does extend into the horses head. You tell me. Thanks for any advice!

Not a spike head; that classification is only for the obverse. You have the "Spitting Horse" die crack. I have only found 1 and they go for about 5 6 bucks on ebay - Nice Find.

Darn,But sweet! I also have one that runs from the horses mouth down to it's chest. Is that collectible? But anyway thanks for the info!
