Looking in the Complete Encyclopedia of Mexican Money first ed (1982). Appears to be Cat# PI-VER-53.
You have a Revolutionary note dated July 1, 1914 - you can see that under the National Coat-of arms.
It is under the category for Veracruz for Camara Nacional de Comercio de Veracruz/El Banco Mercantil de Veracruz
I would question grading this note as good due to the wear hole you have going through the design. I do not believe that would be classified as a small hole. In 1982 this note in good condition is listed in the book at $25. I am not able to assist with a current market value.
Is a great post of a note from a very interesting time in Mexico's history.
