2013 P LC Struck Through Error? - Coin Community Forum

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 75082 Posts	Posted 07/28/2017 6:17 pm I found it CRH in a circulated bank roll going through a bank box. Is this struck through or PMD?
