2013 P LC Struck Through Error?

I found it CRH in a circulated bank roll going through a bank box. Is this struck through or PMD? I think it could be a struck through, but I am not sure.

Sorry to disappoint you folks. That's a definite struck through of a metal shaving. Expanded you see the sharp points on end and cut mars in center.



Now you need to start a name the coin thread!

It appears to me that part of the rim was shaved off just north of Liberty. If so then this is what it was struck through. Without a doubt a struck through. Still Lookin
