I was browsing the bay and came across this note.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-2013-ERRO...AOSwj85Ze47-

Shouldn't this note on this sheet have been on top of the note on the sheet with 995 in the serial number not 1000.

The only thing this note is is an example of a note with offset ink transfer on the back. The seller's trying to hype this as something special.

To your question, serial numbers above 96,000,000 are not used anymore. The next block starts at 1. http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2013_q.html

Ok what does that have to do with this note?

The five has a serial number of MC86060994A while the back transfer has a serial number of MC86061000A which is 6 notes later and used in circulation notes. If this note while in sheet form was placed on the sheet under it bearing the serial number of MC86060995A normally or correctly shouldn't this note have been on top of the note with the serial number of MC86060995A and not MC86061000A which would have come 6 sheets later. How did this note come into contact with a note from 6 sheets later.

Basically what I am asking is how did it end up with an ink transfer of serial number MC86061000A instead of MC86060995A when there was no reason for the notes of MC86060994A and MC86061000A to touch each other.

Third print is bi-color green treasury seal and two serial numbers and black Fed Reserve bank seal, that bill only has green seal numbers.if it was ink transfer the green seal should be on it also.

Currently at $152.50 with just under 4 hours left, and a little more than I would be willing to pay for it.
