1921 Peace Dollar DDO?

Have a 1921 Peace dollar that appears to be a DDO. I do see some areas that appear to have some machine like doubling however, I also see areas that have a true doubled look with notching, and I've used red arrows to point those out.

Thoughts?

It appears to be Machine Doubling.
