I'd say VF - the obverse looks poorly struck and perhaps makes this look worse than it is. Looking at the die cracks around the outside of the obverse I suspect the die was on its last legs.

The ear lobe on Lizzie 11 is almost non existent, even on mint state examples.
New master dies for later dates had to be made, to overcome this problem.

Instead, look for signs of wear on the kangaroo.
I would say EF (Australian grading).
AU50 to 55 Sheldon.

MS63BN - it's just softly struck.

The discolouration of the high points may indicate wear in which case it'll be AU58 but it has UNC surfaces so I doubt there's any wear on those points.
