This 1929 British halfcrown. It dates from January when I made a conscious choice to start collecting British as well as New Zealand halfcrowns and I think you all know what happened next It rekindled the collecting dreams I had when I was 14 - 24 and I have not looked back with over 100 different dates and some of the coins costing as much as $500 each.

When I was 8 my grandfather died. He gave me this and a leather bag of wheat cents. I don't know if I still have the cents. I never lost this.

Quote: There was no error, It did list the site as unsecure so I just changed the settings to allow all content. What did works was opening it in firefox, chrome must have some security setting that does not like it. Thank you for the feedback. Everyone should be using Firefox for CCF anyway (that is what I use). But, for what it is worth, I have no problem in Chrome.

I can't use Firefox on my computer, it crashes and gives me BSOD after a few minutes. I keep getting fatal error reports. My computer is a 1937 Humidor.
Sorry Chrome it is - although I had no difficulty seeing any coins in this round.

Australia 1921 Florin +2 Points not a raptor +1 Point before 1930 +1 Point an emu (Dromiae novahollandieae) +1? It must have an aboriginal name? I was going to show another Kiwi florin, but these coins are not older than 1923 and cause me to have Tantrums when I lose

For the purposes of this contest Australia is english, as would be New Zealand or the United States.
Nice 4 pointer, though I must admit a Moa would be cooler.
