Preliminary entry, because I really wanted to post it. I later realized that it's far from my best option.

Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish! Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

Russian Empire, Paul I (1796-1801)
Cut half of AE 2 kopek coin, 1798, Annensky mint

5 points for being cut, 5 points for mint.
No other points AFAICT (perhaps not even Europe - Russia is transcontinental and Annensky mint was located in Siberia).

Later realization: I could get 13 points for a LRB. I might have something that scores even higher. Unfortunately AFAIK none of my silver Roman coins have mintmarks.

Cheers indeed!
I was worried that someone else would do the LRB cheat...

Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish! Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

The first LRB I ever bought. I apologize for picture quality.
Not to be included in this contest, obviously.

Roman Empire, Valens (364-378 CE)
AE3 (17 mm), Cyzicus mint
Obverse: DN VALEN-S PF AVG, bust of Valens facing right
Reverse: SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE, Victory advancing left, SMK[A?] in exergue
RIC IX Cyzicus 11B, Numista 62245 (wow, their pics are even worse than mine)

5 points for hammered
5 points for mintmark
2 points for monarch
1 point for pre-1600
total 13 points, which would have won

Note that any other LRB (at least, with a surviving mintmark, which does rule out many 5th century coins) would have gotten 13 (or more) points the exact same way.

[EDIT: added Numista link.]

Well I wasn't really expecting to win with 12 points. I just got a bunch of modern banknotes. How does everyone feel about a banknote challenge?
