Oh wow, thanks Trig  This was an idea in my mind for a while  Post a coin with as many wheat/grain kernels as you can find... My example has 78 visible grain kernels, on a German 1910-F 25 pfennig.  So a point per grain kernel, so my example would be 78 points. Bonus points!  For non-precious coins, multiply by 2. For precious coins, multiply by 3. So my example made from nickel would be 78x2 equals 156 points... Highest points wins! The coin I played could be used for this challenge, as any other actual coin from any time period can be played. Size and age of coin won't matter this round this time  I know Jbuck has a few coins that he can play

OK, nice challenge. I have a 1961 Australian silver threepence. I think there are 83 kernels × 3 = 249.

I will go with the easy option. The reverse is warn and difficult to count, but even an MS example would be well below the threshold of the lead.  1914-D Lincoln Cent

I've been busy the last few days, so it is time to tally and declare a winner this round:  Ttkoo: 83x3=249 Bd251: 84x3=252 Trig: 151x2=302 Jbuck: 34x2=68 Hondo: 24x2=48 So that means (Back to Trig) wins this round  Good round everyone

Woops, Trig was the original winner... That's what happens when my brain says one thing and types another thing  I meant to do my maths right in the first place...

For the next round, post a coin with any famous person. Subtract their birth year from their death year and them multiply by the diameter of your coin. Then multiply by the factor listed below. 2 x for brownish coloured coin 2.5 x for brownish / silverish bi-metallic coin 3 x for silverish coloured coin 3.5 x for silverish / goldish bi-metallic coin 4 x for goldish coloured coin. For this example, Nikola Tesla was born in 1856 and died in 1943. 1943 - 1856 = 87 x 19.75 = 1718.25 x 4 = 6873 Croatia 2023 10 euro cents.  Have fun.
