I can't make out the obverse legend, but the reverse is pretty easy to read. PM TR P XIII IMP VIII COS V PP. That would date the coin to 186/87 AD.
A picture of a coin is nice, but without it being attributed it serves no learning purpose. I'm sure if you do a bit of homework you would be able to come up with more information.
