Received A P & D 2017 Effigy Mound Quarter From The US Mint

Yesterday I received a small package from the US Mint, return address their usual fulfillment house. Inside were 2 circulation type 2017 Effigy Mound quarters, a D and P, in a 2 sided flip, and naturally both coins had made their way out of the flip and were loose. I can't figure out why I received these. I did not call the mint or return any product. Anybody else get a 50 cent rebate lately?

I haven't seen anything. Could you be on a fulfillment subscription?

I am, for 2 uncirc sets each year. I was just joking on the "rebate", just wondering why they would send me 2 new quarters.
