They're specimen/proof coins that stayed in their atrocious 1960's/70's RCM packaging for too long.

Yes, they are all certainly uncirculated. Sap (or anyone else who may know), why did the RCM use such terrible packaging during those decades? I have yet to see a set from that time period that is horribly toned on one side and a perfect untoned color on the other.

I find these coins ugly I think I will proceed to clean them a little bit,i don't ever clean coins before to keep the value and the past history of them but these are very ugly.

Same set as above,these are the same coins after a lite cleaning.The only natural coin not cleaned is the nickle and the penny,the penny as a Rainbow color on it.
