I've been posting so much about pennies lately that I completely forgot about the lot of nickels that TheNickelGuy sent me. There are so many In great shape could you guys help me grade some of them? I have to go and buy a nice album and assemble a set of these because they are a great edition to my collection. Thanks a lot TheNickelGuy !

To be honest, both are pancake strikes, and the '39 at least shows signs of circulation. I don't like either of them.

A pancake strike is a weak strike that shows very little detail. Look at the sharpness of the columns in Monticello and particularly the steps on these two examples. Both are poorly struck, whatever the grade. Just my opinion.
Rest in Peace

With respect, they are totally flat, not just a little.
