I found this coin today. It is ultra thin 0.66 grams and it appears to have been milled like a magicians token but how is the core a silver color encompassed by a copper color? It is the size of a dime. It does not stick to a magnet either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is the insert portion of a rwo-sided novelty cent. Yes, it is milled(circular lathe marks). The base is size of cent, cored out leaving rim, then pieces glued together. This is the "new" method started in '70s...I have an older LMC from the '60's that has two smoothed flat surfacescput together. They can be purchased for @$3.00.
