From this angle it looks like 2004p.
(at first I thought it was 1984, then when checking again what I thought was a "198" looked like a "200")

If you crop your images you'll be able to upload much better pics. I just cropped the one above and it cut the file size in half.

It's likely a Grease Filled Die. That doesn't make it less cool though. I would keep it just because it's different.

Since some of the date is visible it's not worth more than a buck, but it is worth saving as a cool example of a Grease Filled Die.
