I am not sure the term but off strike seems like.

that's a misaligned die strike error, if you look at the top on one side it's off center at opposite ends. There's extra edge at the top on the date side and extra edge at the bottom on queen side.

Mis-aligned reverse (hammer) die... visible, but still within mint tolerances...

No real premium in this piece, unless someone really wants a 2000 Community example...
