I have this 1977 Lincoln Cent that has both the D and the S mintmark.. I think it's S over D. Any thoughts?

The pics don't really tell much but, I'll say what I don't think it is: a D/S/S/D. The date has some damage and the mintmark may have been affected as well. Unless it's a proof (it's not), it would be a D-mint for that year. There may be a die chip in the mintmark that creates the appearance of an S. That's all I got.

 the large dent next to and along the rim supports this more than an OMM.

I have a similar 1977 d over s or s over d so I dont think is a chip

It's only damage, not an over mintmark.

S mintmarks on 77s don't exist for business strike coins, and they would never use a proof die for a business strike coin.
