2015 Cent - Post Mint Damage Or Not?

99% of the time I can tell the difference on a damaged coin but this one I'm not sure. The obverse shows something possibly stamped into the lower right of of lincolns coat. The reverse show what looks to be a partial "5". This is a 2015 coin. The collar of the coin is rolled backwards. Any thoughts?

At first glance I assumed PMD also but the collar and everything else is still so perfect other than be kinda stretched, it made me wonder.
