I Was wondering if someone could help me identify if this is a clip or PMD? I Have seen Similar what look to be swipe marks on the faces of Lincoln cents and now ive run into seeing it on this coin.

It is not a clip.

It might be a delamination, but the photos don't show enough details to make that possibility sound.

Ya sorry about that in the middle of getting new camera but delamination was my next guess and once I went on that hunch I found that its not all that uncommon with these coins. So Thanks
