Now now, this coin already has a complex from being rather unattractive so don't make too much fun of it.

I think I see on the left part of the picture the Virgin Mary Orans. What is unusual is the legend above the circle that contains Mary.
I?
Tetarteron? Alexius? Andronicus?

Paul, It's difficult to say for sure not enough detail visible.My best guess is an Anonymous Class K folles attributed to Alexius I over struck on an earlier coin.
