I think it is accurately graded. (In my opinion, PCI is pretty good for circulated classic coins; their "optimism" when grading MS moderns is the primary reason for their less-than-stellar reputation as a TPG.)

Being Overton-ignorant, it is hard for me to give an accurate value. If this happens to be a common variety, wholesale would be around $70. Retail would be $90-110.

VF seems right for this coin, at least from what is visible in these pictures (which seem pretty good, all-in-all.)

I tried to come up with an Overton variety for you, but was unable to. The coin is dark and my old eyes need larger, lighter pics to work from. Normally, I would save the pics to my computer and blow them up, but my computer is still on the fritz and I'm not familiar with where the programs are on Bobby's (which is what I'm using now.)

The grade definitely looks accurate. I concur that, if it is a common variety, $90-$110 is a reasonable expectation.

If it's VF 20 it is barely there by a whisker. A more conservative service like ICG might give this a Fine.

I agree that this coin just barely makes the VF20 grade. I value it at $80.77.
