NO. The 1980 is roller marks but it is a keeper. The 1975-D is just staining a spender.

1980 just has roller marks on it. The other coin is just badly stained, making it a spender.

A woody would have similar markings on both sides, not just the reverse.

The 1980 has markings on both and the 1975 has faint markings on obverse
