Hi everyone, I just picked up this Ptolemy II AE18 from a reputable dealer. However, I know little of coins of this ilk except that it was minted 285-46BCE probably in Egypt. Any help with further identification would be greatly appreciated. The dealer believed it to be in Very Fine condition. What do you think? (It looks better in hand than it does in my camera phone pics.)
Also, what kind of value would you place on this piece. I'm not thinking of selling it; rather, I'm just curious both for insurance purposes and to be sure that I didn't overpay.
Thanks!

I believe your coin is actually Ptolemy III Tyre mint Series 5, 18mm x @3.8g. Svoronos 710.
