These should be posted in the Ancients/Medieval section.

The first coin (you've mixed up the order of your images) is a late Roman bronze, perhaps Constantius II, with a SPES REIPVBLICE reverse, I believe. The Roman collectors who frequent the Ancients/Medieval section can help, I'm sure. Here's a lightened pic (I am assuming these pictures of yours are from the same coin, but I am not certain since the flan shape may differ...very confusing post!):

The second coin is Nabataean, perhaps Rabbel II with Gamilat, 70 - 106 AD. For similar see:
