Your pictures are a bit dark, so it's difficult to make out the legends. The coin is a Roman provincial from one of the provinces.

cut the background out and leave only the coin in the photo and we may be able to tell you more.

Vespasian seems to have a rather luxurious beard here, which rather throws me off somewhat.
