Found this yesterday searching penny rolls. I'm trying to confirm that it's a "MAD"? As always, advise and opinions are greatly appreciated.

Yes, this is an example of a MAD, but they aren't worth very much.

Off a little on one side, normal on the other. Not really off enough to draw a premium but good enough to keep.

Definition of MAD is the erect is mostly one-sided with a weakness on opposite side across from deepest impression point of the MAD. That's the CA, in AMERICA. Also, there is no loss of details. If shift is equal on both sides then is an off-center(out of collar) strike.

Not really a keeper, especially since the 2x2 costs more than the coin is worth. If it has no value above face, spend it.
