i found this 1964 philadelphia Jefferson nickel which I think ist a double die obverse . what the experts see ?

The area on the E you are pointing at has been hit/has a ding. I do not see any doubling on the devices,sorry.

First, the correct term is Doubled Die.

Second, you coin isn't.
