Hi everyone, I just picked up this coin from a reputable dealer. He thought that it was a full dirham minted in AH192. While I believe the date is correct, it appears to be far too small to be a full dirham. How would you identify this coin? Thanks

Diameter is a little small, but they went primarily by weight, not diameter. A dirham should be 2.8-2.9 grams. Abbasid dirhams are much smaller and a little thicker than Umayyad dirhams.

Pertinax & Finn235 - I was finally able to weight it. And, yeah, it's 2.89 grams. Weird - I had no idea that these dirhams were so small. Thanks for the help!
