Darker ones XF45, the 35 may be an AU55, 20 &30 are AU53 rest are XF/AU50. that black corrosion on 39 is a real problem, may make it only XF40, even with luster left, its a problem coin.

It's difficult to address so many coins in one topic. Each coin should be posted individually for grading to make things more streamlined. This post is confusion waiting to happen.

I am not good at grading so I won't. All have condition problems and two look like they have fingerprints on them. What did you pay for them? John1

Too many coins at once. If I have to write down my opinions to remember them, it's too many. There are a few BU and a lot of AUs.
There are a few with black corrosive spots that will always be there.
I suppose the good news is that I didn't spot any that were obviously cleaned.

Looks to me like an E-Bay lot of supposedly BU wheat cents . A couple of decent ones but most are spotty ,finger prints ,black ox . Most are sporting 50-70 % mint luster ,thus making it tempting for a BU wheat lot . None of these look cleaned . I would not pay more than a dollar or two each for 1919-1930 , and up to $1 each for remaining coins .Only because I have a low tolerance for problem Wheaties . As far as a grade half are AU the other half BU Details .

Thanks so much guys. I need to get better at grading. You really think "Details"? What do you think of this one?:

The '32-D, like all of the others, is probably high AU or MS but with its appearance greatly diminished by the oxidation spots (and in this case a couple of fingerprints),.

That last one was graded MS63RB--finger prints and all. I think it looks a lot like the ones I bought...some of mine look better I believe. Why do you think the 32D graded so high? Its overgraded? It would have to be WAY overgraded to not be MS in reality...Pretty confused here:

It's in an old coffin, that's why. It may have looked real nice before it became entombed, but apparently the submitter and graders chose not to use our favorite enbalming fluid (acetone) and correct enbalming techniques (gloves) ORIts a "switcheroo", the actual graded coin is now in a NGC Slab As an MS-66 RD

I would disagree - I think it looked very much the same when it was submitted. It is just one example of the wide array of MS cents that might be graded 63 for many different reasons. In this case, the strike is good, marks are few if any, but the eye appeal is below average because of the fingerprints and spotting. It is not over-graded, but would probably lack appeal to someone looking for a nice uncirculated example for a set.

The obverse of your 32-D is nice, and in my opinion regardless of the finger print has a pleasing eye appeal . but the reverse looks like it has spotted fever . Nice struck up coin ,however I don't know if I would agree with PCGS . Maybe they thought the coin being that nice didn't deserve a details or lower grade . Just MHO .
