I am a stamp collector, so I do not know much about banknotes. Could someone fill me in on this banknote?

Front:

Back with label outside plastic cover:

Hopefully the details on the back help someone figure out the identity and value. It obviously says $12, but if I was to sell it what should I expect? I am not a banknote person, so I have not idea.

Thank you!

This falls under the heading of Obsolete banknotes.

It is an un-issued remainder. Absence of a serial number that would be found on issued notes.

#unl (short for unlisted) maybe this refers to Haxby's catalog on these. I don't own this work so can't check to see.

The Wolka number of this is Wolka 0943-01 (got this from Heritage Auction archive)

There were/are uncut sheets of these I seen a few in the Heritage Auction archives. It appears these were originally printed with 36 on a sheet.

Not to be a downer, but the value is very modest. Sold listings on ebay show these sell for under $20 most in the $10 to $15 range

It would seem from the second pic that the OP understands this!
