This is a tough one. In an ANACS AG 3 problem free holder. Not sure if there is enough meat on it, but I took the best photos I could. There is a slight CCW reverse die rotation. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Ed

There are ten rev of 95 pieces S-92, 93, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 116, NC-2, and NC-4
Six of those have the outer leaf point below the center of D in UNITED S-92, 93, 99, 116. NC-2, and NC-4
Only one of those has a point of leaf below the center of the U. S-116

I think you nailed it. Thanks. Am happy it's an R.5, I needed a 1796, so this looked pretty good for $175
