This coin also has oddly weird similarities to an 09 VDB of mine. Both have a silver like undertone, both seem to have damage from what may be over strike, and both seem to have what I refer to as "eye" markers. Test strike, PMD, or somehow something common that I haven't noticed. Either way it's weird to me. There are too many eye marks to count on both coins and it seems to get in the way of everything Lol! The silver undertone doesn't seem to be on the obverse of the 64 which in all honesty looks perfectly normal.

Oh - that is considered an "Oogly Googly" - just one of those coins that wandered into circulation when it was told to stay in the roll!! PMD!!
Rest in Peace

The 64 looks clear coated, too much glob to right of Memorial. LWC is a ground in deposit like substance, remind me of gypsum (inside sheetrock) that the coin was ground and scraped upon, got wet then chemically adhered to the copper alloy through a corrosive process...in other words something oxidized imside the areas not normally rubbed off in contact. It's just damage.

Do you know where your children have been every moment of their lives?

Well, you got anything better?
