Certainly looks like Julia Domna and the partial obverse legends fits her but I've only seen this reverse for Caracalla and Septimius Severus. I wonder if it's some sort of mule.

Outside my area of collecting but looking forward to what others have to say.

I've seen fourree denarii before that were seemingly made by two mismatched official die that were "improperly discarded" by a dishonest mint official. Nice find!
