They may be real but they are not ancient coins or medieval coins

You will need to take better pictures and make sure the color is right as these look to be silver, but genuine pieces would be gold.

They appear to be restrikes or replicas of 19th c. European gold issues.

In your first picture:

Row 1 - 1809 Half Guinea, Great Britain, George III; 1870 20 Francs (Type 3), Belgium, Leopold II; 1871?-A (Paris) 20 Francs, France, Republic
Row 2 - The same Belgium 20 fr. as above; 1859 A (Paris) 20 Francs, France, Napoleon III; 1882 KB (Kremnica) 20 Francs/8 Forint, Hungary, Franz Josef

Second picture also shows an 1808 A (Paris) 20 Francs from France of Napoleon I; an 1866 20 Francs from France of Napoleon III; and a 5 rouble (1897-1911) from Russia of Nikolai II.

All of these coins were struck in gold, not silver, so unless these are gold, you have either base metal replicas or silver collector copies.
