This coin just seems way too garish to be natural?
Do you think it could have been artificially toned?

Seems a few items he is selling have the same sort of toning. Don't really know enough about US coins to give an opinion though sorry.

The number checks out at PCGS, but slab aside that color looks strangely bright for natural toning.
However, it could easily be legit, where the seller simply oversaturated his photo to get attention (imo).

Anything is possible but the Morgan looks NT to me.
