I found this CRH going through a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. It's a pretty large Die Chip in between the B and E.

Thanks jbuck! These I find quite a bit now since it's a fairly common occurrence on the 1995 LC's. Even more common on the 1950's LWC's.

Not a clear close-up, but I think it's a chip. If it is, nice BIE!
