Almost Very Fine for me and a nice coin with appealing patina.
Peruvian Soles of the year 1864 include some interesting and scarce varieties which include the letters of the word 'Derteano' (peruvian mint director back in the 1860's) somewhere in the coin, most commonly in the coins falling from the cornucopia.
I am not sure this happens also with the 1/2 Soles but it is worth checking.
