Hard to tell if it's uncleaned/patinated or if it looks cast. I'd certainly be suspicious, especially since it's so well centered with such clear details.

Where did this one come from?

many denarii of Geta are well centered with clear details but I am worry about the reverse . It looks strange to me , especially the R V , but it is difficult to say with this photo .As Finn said , where did it come from ? Size is ok , weight normally around 3.3 gr , but it is acceptable .How is the edge ? I think you may be optimist . albert
