A bit hard to see, Maybe G4 on the 1816, and VG8 on the 1831. Possibly a little env issue going on. Nice and original looking. Not bad for $22 for the pair.

31 doesn't look bad but 16 may have corrosion on it - a little hard to tell from the pictures.
