I'm not even sure what year as one of the digits is worn and I don't know what order to read the digits.

Hesse-Cassel, probably an Albus dated 1657.

Perfect. Thank you very much.

The monogram is GB. I guessed it was CB. One of my research attempts was searching the PDF of the Standard Catalog of German Coins for CB.
